Document №07 · LegalRevised June 2026

Privacy, in plain language.

We treat the data you share the same way we treat the systems we install for clients: minimal surface area, named operators, clear contracts. This page documents the standard.

Section 01

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run a senior-operator studio: the contact details you submit through our diagnostic and contact forms (name, work email, company, role, message), basic engagement metadata when you become a client, and standard server logs from visits to this website.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not enrich your profile against third-party data brokers, and we do not run behavioural ad pixels on this site.

Section 02

Why we collect it

Form submissions are used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to scope an engagement. Engagement data is used to deliver the work, invoice it, and meet our legal/tax obligations.

Aggregate, non-identifying analytics help us understand which essays, case files, and operating manuals are useful — so we can publish less, better.

Section 03

How we store and protect it

Submissions are stored inside vetted infrastructure providers under standard encryption-at-rest and TLS-in-transit. Access is restricted to the operators who need it to do the work. We retain inbound enquiries for up to 24 months, and client records for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

Section 04

Who we share it with

We share data only with sub-processors that power the studio — email, CRM, scheduling, document storage, hosting, payments. We never sell your data. Where a client engagement requires data sharing with a third party (for example, a CRM platform), that scope is named in the engagement agreement before it happens.

Section 05

Your controls

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We act on verified requests within 30 days. To exercise any of these rights, write to solution@techxerro.com.

Section 06

Cookies

This site uses strictly-necessary cookies for routing and session continuity, plus first-party analytics that record page views without building a personal profile. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Section 07

Changes to this policy

When this policy materially changes, we will update the revision date at the top of this page and, for active clients, send a written note. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
